1. Zirconium powder is a kind of gray powder zirconium metal; Zirconium has high hardness and strength, good mechanical and heat transfer properties, excellent luminescent properties;

2. The metal zirconium has the characteristics of small thermal neutron absorption cross section, which makes the metal zirconium have excellent nuclear performance;

3. Zirconium is easy to absorb hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen; zirconium has a strong affinity for oxygen, and its volume can be significantly increased when oxygen is dissolved in zirconium at 1000 ℃

4.Zirconium powder is easy to burn, and can be directly combined with dissolved oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen at high temperature; zirconium is easy to emit electrons at high temperature.

Application:

1. It can be used as the additive of high hardness alloy;

6.Zirconium is very resistant to corrosion by many common acids and alkalis and by sea water. It is therefore used extensively by the chemical industry where corrosive agents are employed.

Storage conditions:
Zirconium powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
