Application of VO2 nanoparticles:

VO2 nanoparticles have been extensively studied due to their unique size effect and grain boundary conditions, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the metal–insulator phase transition (MIT) and hysteresis widths and improve the thermochromic properties of materials.

VO2(M) nanomaterials have a reversible metal-semiconductor phase transition. Due to the sudden changes in the optical and electrical properties of the material before and after the phase transition, it has important application prospects in the fields of optoelectronic devices, infrared detection and smart windows.

Storage conditions:
VO2 nanoparticles should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
