How to use it:
Ⅰ Fabric preparation
1. In order to obtain good results, when processing, the surface of the fabric should be free of easily falling off substances and stains. Therefore, it must be thoroughly washed before processing, otherwise it will have no durability.
2. The fiber drop rate of the fabric must be less than or equal to 1.5%, and it is recommended to pass the AATCC97 test.
3. It is necessary to ensure that the fabric is weakly acidic and the alkali content is less than or equal to 0.05%. It is recommended to pass AATCC144 for testing.
4. For anionic processing agents, do not use the same bath for processing, and the two baths should be processed separately, and the textile agent should be used for processing first.
ⅡProcessing method 1: Add directly to the dyeing vat or process simultaneously with other finishing agents
1. If soft, hand-feel, waterproof, anti-static, and anti-fouling finishing are required at the same time, in order to avoid reducing the effect, the ionicity of these finishing agents must be considered. If it is a cationic or non-ionic processing agent, it can be treated in the same bath as the textile agent.
2. For anionic processing agents, this method is not applicable.
3. Try it out before use. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, you can add it directly. Generally, the adding ratio is about 3%, depending on the requirements.
Ⅲ Processing method 2: Carry out during fabric setting processing
1. The preparation of the working fluid: the dosage of the medicament in the water is fixed
When finishing textiles, we generally calculate according to the concentration of the absorbing agent on the fabric, and the proportion of absorbing agent reaches 2%-3% of the cloth weight. If the capacity of the fabric to be processed reaches more than 90%, the proportion of absorbing agent reaches 3% of the cloth weight, that is, 3 kg of textile agent DXN-HF30 is required for 97 kg of fabric. If the wet weight gain of the fabric is 80%, the concentration in our styling water should be 3.75%. (The calculation method is as follows)
Formula 1: Wet weight gain rate = (cloth weight after water absorption-cloth dry weight) ÷ cloth dry weight ×, the cloth weight after water absorption is the cloth weight after roller rolling
Formula 2: Absorbed agent ratio = wet weight gain rate × concentration of agent in shaped water
For example, the concentration of the agent in the finalized water = 3%÷80%, which is 3.75%, which should actually be slightly greater than this concentration.
2. Processing
①Soak the textile in the working fluid.
②Press and roll off excess working fluid, or use dehydration.
③Drying (temperature 100℃-150℃, time about 55s, the specific temperature and time are determined by the product and process flow).
Ⅳ Processing method three: spraying
① Add the textile agent to the water at a ratio of 3-5%;
② Spray wet the textiles to be processed, and then dry them at 100-150℃.
