Application of titanium oxynitride nanoparticle:


Sewage treatment: Industrial sewage contains a large number of toxic and harmful organic substances, which are difficult to eliminate with biological treatment technology. The nano-TiON has a strong oxidation effect under light conditions, which can cause redox reaction of hydrocarbons, halogenated substances, carboxylic acids, etc. in the water, and gradually degrade, and finally completely oxidized into environmentally friendly non-hazardous substances such as CO2 and H2O. .

Photocatalyst: nano-TiON forbidden band width is less than 3.2eV, so it can still achieve the catalytic degradation of toxic and harmful substances in air under the condition of visible light with a wavelength above 400nm, so as to achieve the effect of purifying the environment, and is superior to pure anatase titanium dioxide photocatalyst.

Self-cleaning coating: The product has a strong catalytic oxidation effect. Adding it to the coating body can self-decompose organic contaminants that fall or adhere to the coating surface and degrade into CO2 and water, along with the circulation of air. Walk to achieve self-cleaning results.

Antibacterial agent: nano-TiON has a strong photocatalytic bactericidal effect. When exposed to visible light, the titanium oxides decompose water into free radicals, and the free radicals enter the bacterial cell wall, destroy the cell walls, degrade the intracellular tissue structure, and then kill the cells and act as an antibacterial agent.

Antibacterial composite material:TiON has a strong photocatalytic ability. Adding an appropriate amount of nano-TiON to polymer materials such as plastics, rubbers, and fibers to make polymer composites can prevent mildew in products even in a weak light environment. Breeds bacteria.



Storage conditions:
titanium oxynitride nanoparticle should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
