GRcop-42 is a copper alloy powder specifically designed for additive manufacturing, meeting the application requirements of high strength and high temperature resistance, and can be used in rocket engine combustion chambers and fusion reactor components.
1. High sphericity, excellent fluidity, good powder spreading effect, and good printing quality.
2. Uniform particle size distribution, high packing density, high density of printed parts, few pores, and good polishing effect.
3. Low oxygen content is more conducive to improving the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of molded parts.
4. The laser absorption rate is high, and Cr2Nb improves the material's absorption rate of laser at low temperatures. Compared with pure copper and traditional copper alloys, it has higher density and better surface roughness.

Storage conditions:

It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
