This product has high purity, small particle size, large specific surface area, high surface activity, ultraviolet light shielding greater than 80%, and good barrier properties. This material has good conductivity and can be used as conductive materials such as electrodes and electrical contacts for molten salt electrolysis.

Application of Titanium Nitride:

1. Filming field: glass coated with titanium nitride film is still a new "hot mirror material". When the thickness of the film is greater than 90nm, the infrared reflectance is greater than 75%, which improves the insulation performance of the glass. The color of the titanium nitride film can also be adjusted at will. As the nitrogen content decreases, the film will appear golden, bronze, pink and other colors, which is very beautiful.

2. Application of high solar light absorber on solar vacuum tube: In the experiment of using our company's products by Taiwanese companies, it is found that the solar heater coating with a ratio of 1/1000 can increase the water temperature within 3 minutes 4- 5°C. It can replace traditional vacuum coating and greatly reduce production costs.

3. Ceramic field: Titanium nitride is an excellent structural material used for high-strength cermet tools, gas jet thrusters, and rockets.
