Ti2NbC2Tx is formed by etching the precursor phase TiNbAlC, and currently the most commonly used preparation method is hydrofluoric acid etching. SAT NANO has developed a comprehensive etching preparation scheme based on the requirements of its self-developed precursor MAX, while ensuring the stability of the material.
