Indium tin oxide nanopowder is light green powder, density 3.2 g/cm3. As a nano indium tin metal oxide, it has good conductivity and transparency, and can cut off harmful electron radiation, ultraviolet rays and far infrared rays. Therefore, indium tin oxide is usually sprayed on glass, plastic, and electronic display screens as a transparent conductive film while reducing the harmful electron radiation and violet.


Application of indium tin oxide nanopowder:

1. Mainly used in the production of liquid crystal displays, flat panel displays, plasma displays, touch screens, electronic paper and other applications, organic light-emitting diodes, and solar cells and anti-static coating, as well as transparent transmission of EMI shielding to the coating.

2. It is also used for various optical coatings. The most notable ideas include IR-reflective coating (hot mirror) in architecture, automotive, and sodium vapor lamp glass, etc. Other applications include gas sensors, anti-reflection coatings, and Bragg reflectors for VCSEL lasers

3.ITO film can be used in high temperature 1400 degrees and harsh environment, such as gas turbine, spray engine, and rocket engine.


Storage conditions:
indium tin oxide nanopowder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
