Product Performance
The silver nanowires are light gray and can be stored in different solvents (such as water, ethanol, isopropanol, etc.) as a colloidal suspension. Diameters range from ten nanometers to hundreds of nanometers and are regulatable. The length can reach several tens of micrometers depending on the preparation conditions.
Application of Silver Nanowires Dispersion:
SAT nano can provide four kinds of silver nanowires with diameters of 30 nm, 40 nm, 60 nm and 90 nm (standard deviation of 2 nm). We can provide water supply, ethanol, isopropanol or silver nanowire dispersion with solvent specified by customers. The silver nanowires are grayish white and can be dispersed in a variety of solvents to form a suspension, which have excellent light transmittance and flexural resistance due to the small size effect of the nanomaterials. Since the silver nanowire has a large aspect ratio, its electrical conductivity is superior to that of the traditional mechanical nano-silver powder. It can be used in the fields of catalysis, biomedicine, etc. or in the production of conductive materials, optical components, ete.; it can also be directly used for screen printing or inkjet printing to prepare silver nanowire transparent conductive film.
