Specification of Spherical Hastelloy X alloy powder:

Hastelloy X is a Fe Ni Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation high-temperature alloy, which has excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent cold and hot processing formability and welding function. It is suitable for manufacturing aviation engine combustion chambers and other components that can be used for a long time below 900 ℃.
1. High sphericity, excellent fluidity, good powder spreading effect, and good printing quality.
2. Uniform particle size distribution, high packing density, high density of printed parts, few pores, and good polishing effect.
3. Low oxygen content is more conducive to improving the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of molded parts.

Storage conditions:
Spherical Hastelloy X alloy powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
