Application
Cr3C2-NiCr is a high-temperature wear-resistant, high-hardness ceramic coating, and its high temperature oxidation resistance can reach about 900°C. Suitable for supersonic spraying and plasma spraying. It is often used for spraying on boiler "four pipes", draft and exhaust fan blades, and high temperature temperature ducts. Powder chemical composition: 75% (Cr3C2)-25% (NiCr), the composition ratio can also be made according to customer requirements

Storage conditions:
Cr3C2-NiCr alloy powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods. Before spraying the ceramic coating, be sure to spray the nickel-based or self-fluxing alloy powder produced by our company as a primer to improve the bonding strength between the coatings.
