Application of NiCrAlY alloy Powder:
Coal-fired boiler tubes (power plants, paper mills), metallurgical annealing furnace rolls, thermoforming molds, hydraulic valves, fuel rod mandrels, pump sleeves, thermal crushing rolls, piston guides, compressor air seals, expansion joints, and turbine nozzles.
Storage conditions:
The powder should be stored in a moisture-proof, anti-oxidation, and anti-corrosion environment.
If the powder has moisture absorption or the storage period exceeds 3 months, it should be dried before use (drying at 150 degrees for 2 hours).
The oxide and oil stains on the work surface should be strictly removed before spraying.
Never mix different types of powders.
Before spraying the ceramic coating, be sure to spray the nickel-based or self-fluxing alloy powder produced by our company as a primer to improve the bonding strength between the coatings.
