Product Features
1. High hardness. Customized tungsten carbide has high purity, high sphericity, low free carbon, compact cladding layer without pores, and the hardness of test data is significantly higher than that of common laser cladding materials.
2. High wear resistance. Self-developed nickel-based alloy has strong corrosion resistance, and has stronger coating affinity with tungsten carbide, reducing abrasive wear during use,
3. No cracking. The unique composition ratio and processing technology ensure that the material can be stably formed during the use process, and there is no cracking phenomenon of cladding layer or binding layer under High tungsten carbide concentration.
4. Strong binding force with matrix. The nickel-based formula has extremely high wettability to the steel matrix and forms deep metallurgical bonding in the cladding process. Therefore, the cladding layer obtains a higher binding force with the matrix, and the test tensile strength of the sample block is as high as 1400MPa.
5. High toughness, high temperature resistance and impact. Nickel-based formula materials have excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and can be promoted to the working environment with high-temperature impact above 600℃.
