Product Features
1. High wear resistance and impact resistance. The self-developed nickel-based alloy has strong toughness, buffering property and corrosion resistance, and has stronger coating affinity with tungsten carbide. The rivet structure combining soft and hard reduces the adhesive wear during use.
2. No cracking. The unique composition ratio and processing technology ensure that the material can be stably formed during use. At High tungsten carbide concentration, there is no cracking phenomenon of cladding layer or binding layer.
3. Moderate hardness. The hardness of the cladding layer is in the range of 53-56 HRC, which meets the application requirements of various industrial scenarios and avoids the brittleness spalling of the cladding layer caused by excessive hardness.
4. Strong binding force with matrix. The nickel-based formula has extremely high wettability to the steel matrix and forms deep metallurgical bonding in the cladding process. Therefore, the cladding layer obtains a higher binding force with the matrix, and the test tensile strength of the sample block is as high as 1400MPa.
5. High temperature resistance impact. Nickel-based formula materials have excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and can be promoted to the working environment with high-temperature impact above 600℃.
